Therefore, we kindly inform you that Club Gravitacja acts as the Controller of your personal data provided for the purpose of providing services by Club Gravitacja or taking action at your request before entering into an agreement. Below we present information concerning the Data Controller and the processing of personal data by Club Gravitacja.

Data Controller:

The Controller of your personal data is the owner of the gravitacja.com domain, with its registered office in Wodzisław Śląski.

Personal data provided in the form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.
The Service Provider is the controller of its customers’ data. This means that if you send an inquiry through the contact form, we process your data such as: name or nickname, e-mail address, telephone number and IP address.

Personal data is processed:
In accordance with personal data protection regulations.
In accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy.
To the extent and for the purpose necessary for the proper provision of Services.
To the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests, legally justified purposes, provided that such processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject; to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent you have given if you registered for an event and/or sent an inquiry through the contact form.
Every data subject, if we are the controller of their data, has the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
